Information you provide

Our recovery enquiry form asks for contact details and contact preference, pickup and destination information, vehicle details and condition, passenger numbers, your preferred timing and any access notes. You may share location coordinates. At least three recovery photos are required for a winch or pull-out assessment. Take photos only when it is safe.

How enquiries are used

We use your information to assess the recovery request, provide a quote, contact you about availability and arrange the service if you proceed. Information needed to carry out the job may be shared with the recovery operator assigned to it.

How the form is handled

Enquiries and photos are delivered to our business enquiry inbox using an email delivery provider. Our website also processes technical information, such as a hashed network identifier and a request reference, to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Older technical request records are removed as new enquiries are processed, once they are more than two days old.

Area maps and external information

Location guides include maps supplied by Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google to display it. Google handles information from that connection under its privacy policy. Links to road operators and other external websites open information provided by those organisations.

Your choices

Optional fields are marked. You can enter your location manually instead of using device location sharing. Sending a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.

We keep business enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with the request, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
